Clean, everything you needed, excellent location 10 minutes into Edinburgh using public transportation. Friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely come back
Spacious Room with a nice little sitting area. Hair dryer, iron and iron board available. Scottish standard breakfast at a very fair price. Very lovely attentive host. We had a really nice time.
Danny and Jasmine are exceptional hosts! The room was spotless and equipped with all the essential amenities. Although the bathroom for my single room was external, it was private and conveniently located just two steps across the hall. Breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious. The location is ideal – with a bus stop right in front of the house offering direct access to the city center, and a tram stop just a few minutes away for easy travel to and from the airport. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh. Highly recommended!
Perfect for what we wanted. Place was clean and central - right opposite the bus stop with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Hosts were fantastic - they shared tips for getting around and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with plenty of choice. Room had tea and coffee making facilities and some welcome biscuits.
Lovely room. Feels more like home than home itself. No fridge that we've discovered. Nice biscuits for with our tea.
